Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped. Canceled orders will receive a full refund. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Return & Exchange (If Applicable)

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unopened and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Conditions:

  • If the return is due to customer preference or choice, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, which may vary based on the carrier.
  • If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping fees.
