Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime before the product is shipped. Canceled orders will receive a full refund. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Return & Refund
We do not accept returns on any of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t worry, just email us at support@chinoodles.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Important Note:
Minor variations in packaging due to batch differences are normal and not considered product quality issues.
