Being a huge noodle fan and have been searching forever for some restaurant-level noodles in an instant pack. Finally found it! Soup was delicious and very clean! It’s not greasy like most ramens, I feel like I’m eating this from a restaurant. I added a boiled egg and other delicious toppings. 10/10 would recommend!

So, I have no basis to proclaim authenticity when it comes to Lanzhou beef noodles, being thousands of miles away from Gansu province, and never having been to China. However, I do know good food, and for packet noodles, I think these are fantastic. They're not terribly hard to make (though the instructions say cook the noodles for 3-5mins, I'd recommend 5mins as the default). The soup base has a beautiful five spice flavor to it, and the garlic sauce, dried vegetables, sliced radish, and chili oil are a nice touch. The only thing I'd say is it's a bit on the salty side, so watch your sodium intake that day to balance out. I sometimes forget to eat for long periods of time, so having a decent meal at the ready is great. Thanks, guys! Keep up the great work.
The ChiNoodles Lanzhou Noodles Beef Flavor is excellent. It is so easy to turn into a full ramen meal.
I received the package in a timely manner; however, I am missing the bowl I paid an extra $ 29.99 for, and it still have not arrived. I'm so disappointed that I have not tried to noodle.
