Sorry, we only ship in the United States at this time. We do not provide any international shipping right now.

Your order will be delivered to you in 3~6 days . Most orders are delivered within 7 days.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Although we are still a startup, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. Therefore, we accept return requests within 30 days of receiving the order. For more details, please refer to our return policy.

Our Lanzhou noodles are not gluten-free, as the noodles are made with wheat flour. However, our chili oil is gluten-free and contains no wheat-based ingredients.

Not fully, our Lanzhou noodles come with a broth made from beef and beef bones, so it’s not vegetarian. However, our chili oil is totally vegetarian and packed with flavor.

Each box includes 10 packs (servings) of Lanzhou noodles.

Each individual package contains 1 serving, including noodles, soup base, chili oil, radish slices, and freeze-dried vegetables. Everything is individually packed. There’s no actual meat or beef chunks inside, but the broth is made from real beef and bone for rich, authentic flavor.

The warning is required by California’s Proposition 65, which mandates labeling for products that may contain certain chemicals formed during high-temperature cooking. Since our chili oil is made using a frying process, trace amounts of chemicals like acrylamides can be produced, similar to those found in common foods like French fries. This warning does not mean the product is unhealthy or unsafe. It is simply a precaution required by law to inform consumers, and the product remains safe to enjoy.

Our chili oil has a balanced heat with a rich aroma and layered flavor. Spicy enough to wake things up, but not overwhelmingly hot. More “mmm” than “ahh!”

Our Lanzhou noodles use vacuum packaging with aluminum foil bags, giving them a shelf life of 12 months. Store at room temperature and no refrigeration is needed.

Chili oil should be refrigerated after opening.

To ensure all products we sell have the most authentic flavor, we currently produce them in Lanzhou, China, following the most traditional methods. All products are made in FDA-registered facilities and meet FDA food safety standards for imported foods.. Once we have sufficient resources, we plan to establish factories in the U.S. and other countries to meet production demands.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days upon delivery and we'll make things right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and remain in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
