Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

Sorry, we only ship in the United States at this time. We do not provide any international shipping right now.

How long does it usually take to ship?

Your order will be delivered to you in 3~6 days . Most orders are delivered within 7 days.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Is the Ramen Kit gluten free?

No, our noodles do contain wheat. Please refer to the full ingredients list.

Is the product vegan/vegetarian?

No, our product comes with beef-flavor broth. Please refer to the full ingredients list.

What are the contents of each bundle/box?

You will receive 8 packs of Lanzhou noodles, a free Chinese ceramic bowl and a random panda goodie.

How many servings are in 1 package? What are the contents of each package?

Each individual package contains 1 serving. You will find a packet of noodles, soup base packet, chili oil packet, vegetables packet, raddish slices packet, garlic sauce packet in each package. Please note NO BEEF CONTAINED in the package.

Why is there a warning about cancer and reproductive harm on this product?

The warning is required by California’s Proposition 65, which mandates labeling for products that may contain certain chemicals formed during high-temperature cooking. Since our chili oil is made using a frying process, trace amounts of chemicals like acrylamides can be produced, similar to those found in common foods like French fries. This warning does not mean the product is unhealthy or unsafe. It is simply a precaution required by law to inform consumers, and the product remains safe to enjoy.

What is your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days upon delivery and we'll make things right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and remain in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that there may be slight differences in packaging due to batch variations. This is normal and not considered a quality issue. For details, please check Return & Refund.
